The Tushita sword is a top-tier legendary weapon in the Third Sea of Blox Fruits. Unlike most swords, you can't just buy Tushita. You must trigger a specific world event in the Third Sea.
The most important requirement: Rip_Indra (Level 1500+ Raid Boss) must be summoned. You need a God's Chalice to spawn him at the Castle on the Sea. While the boss is alive, a thick fog will cover the world. This is the only time the secret door to the Tushita quest will be open.

While the fog is active, head to Hydra Island.
Go to the waterfall and find the hidden cave behind it.
Defeat the Ghosts guarding the inner chamber.
Jump up to the large door at the top. If Rip_Indra is active, the door will glow white, allowing you to pass through.
Once you enter the door, you will be teleported to Floating Turtle. You will receive a Holy Torch and exactly 5 minutes to light 5 hidden torches in a specific order.
If you light them out of order, you will fail the quest and have to wait for another Rip_Indra summon.
Torch #1: Located inside one of the arches on the main path near the bridge.
Torch #2: Behind a tree on a small hill, just a short distance from the first one.
Torch #3: High up inside a brick archway on the ruined walls.
Torch #4: Located on the shipwrecked boat near the Mythical Pirates.
Torch #5: Inside a small circular house near the entrance to the Longma boss arena.
After lighting the 5th torch, the gate to the Longma (Level 2000) boss room will open.
Difficulty: Longma uses Tushita's moveset, making him extremely fast with wide-range slashes.
Drop: Defeating him grants a 100% chance to get the Tushita sword.
Tushita is a favorite for PvP due to its stun capabilities and high-speed attacks.
Heavenly Lunges (Z): A series of rapid forward stabs that deal damage and stun the enemy.
